Earlier on Monday, October 28th, 2024 scratch got DDOS’ed attacked. A teacher account made around 50k studios in short period of time, and had 200k people following them. This was because it was a bot account meant to overwhelm the scratch servers . A DDos attack is meant to overwhelm servers online by disrupting normal traffic and causing a “flood” of data. I am not linking the teacher account as it I think has been deleted. (EDIT, it hasn’t as of 1:37 PM PST) (EDIT 2, the account has been deleted as of 1:57 PM PST) This lasted around 6 hours.
