I forgot to introduce my character and basically the main guy of my account. Meet Devi. A psychokinetic meta-human from a dimension where the world is constantly cold (25 degrees F. or less.) He uses psychokinesis as a way of his abilities. If he isn't using psychokinesis to fight then he is most likely using his main weapons that he nicknamed Julia and Anastasia. Julia and Anastasia is a special type of metal whips that can come from his wrists. These special weapons can shoot out sharp edges as a way of an attack but they can only come out on his command. (Just look up Takeda Takahashi from mortal kombat to get the idea) He also has hidden abilities tied to a hidden metal bracelet located on his left wrist. Removing this will cause an overload on him and change his entire personality. Backstory on where he got these is still being made but there is a villain in his dimension that is also being made. (No this is not an official background I'm making, It's just for this. Multiple errors on previous uploads. Sorry)
