You are the player on the right and use the "Up Arrow" and "Down Arrow" to move. Select your difficulty at the beginning by hitting the start button and then selecting your intended difficulty.
Added fine tuning so that when you or the opponent scores a point you go back to your starting position. This is just to stop getting loads of point off spawn.
