Scroll up or down to move the Scratch cat This is just a cool gimmick I found out about Its kinda janky but theres no way to detect how fast someone is scrolling (that I know of) Kinda low effort (this took less than a minute) but I just wanted to showcase how to detect if someone is scrolling up or down
