The "Imperatorskiy Flot Tsarya", or "Imperial Navy of the Tsar" (Commonly called just "The Imperial Navy") is the primary navy force operated by the Tsardom. Unlike their army counter-parts, the Imperial Navy is surprisingly well-funded and advanced. Although not the largest navy in the world, it is certainly not a force to be underestimated.
I did use ww1 era russian ships -- some of them I gave classes not matching their own IRL -- so some specs might be a little out of whack, for that is my bad, original gangsters.
