(except for the background ambience/music, i took those from scp: containment breach, kevin macleod and uglyburger0) Part of 096's startle ambience originates from SCP: Containment Breach - Director's Cut NOTE: This ended up being similar to 096 Test by @coolman64736 Oops, I guess.
