After several years of conflict, following the nuking of Europe by the USSR as a response to the French stricke on Leningrad, an emergency meeting of the UN is called. It ends in a Russian resolution calling for the dissolution of the UN to be passed. The UN thus dissolves and international law is no longer applied/has legal force. Furthermore, following Soviet military victory, Treaty of Moscow is Signed PLAYABLE FACTIONS: URSA - EUROPE: United Russian Soviet Autonomy (Europe) :This is the USSR rebranded after S&S officials came to powerful posts in the Politburo. Best country to take in the RP, but requires high activity, good roleplaing skills as well, as it is highly difficult - the economy is in shambles, the population has been decreased. Revolts are widespread, so your main job if you take this are to consolidate this empire (the phrasing of that offers another clue to the lore, wink wink).
