Part 2 has more changes! ~ WELCOME! ~ In this warriors game, you can be a medicine cat, have kits, become a leader (and deal with a TRAITOR, a fire, and a fox attack), mentor an apprentice, and lead a warrior life in any way you like! ------------------------------------------------------ ~ // Helpful Guide // ~ ______________________________ ⇢ space : causes your kit to grow one moon older ⇢ click : interacts with the clicked character ⇢ 1/2/3/4/5/6/7 : various different fighting moves ⇢ z : your cat goes to sleep, no effect on the game ⇢ m : if you're clan leader, this calls a clan meeting ⇢ h: hides your cat temporarily ⇢ s: makes your cat sit ~ // Step-By-Step Instructions // ~ ______________________________ ⓵ I n t r o d u c t i o n ⇢ The first question you are asked is your name. Answer only your prefix; "kit" will be automatically added. ⓶ Click cats to talk to them. ⇢ You will be able to move around to find new cats by touching the paw prints with your character -- use the arrow keys to move around. ⇢ Some cats have conversations that continue with every click, so don't click every cat only one time -- then you will /definitely/ miss out on conversations. ⓷ You start this game as a young kit. ⇢ To grow older until you reach six moons, and are apprenticed, press space. You'll need to press it 6 times total, to grow up to six moons. ⇢ Points are important in this game for purchasing things. Positive events, like becoming an apprentice, hunting, etc, will earn you points. ⓸ Training should be pretty self-explanatory. ⇢ When your mentor says you are ready to become a warrior/medicine cat go talk to Ashstar. ⓹ The "weird black cat" that suddenly appears?!! ⇢ When a suspicious black rogue appears, click on it and wait for the dialogue. Then, you'll have to fight it off with keys 1-7 (some moves are much more effective than others!) It'll reappear for another fight in about a minute, after swearing "I will be back!" GETTING A MATE AND KITS: Option 1: -------------- When you are a warrior, talk to Streaksun if you want a mate and one kit. This is less interesting option. Option 2: -------------- Talk to Amberdawn if you want a mate and one kit. (The gender changes based on your gender). Amberdawn is a cat with more dialogue, even when you're a kit. Option 3: If you accept Hollowtuft's invitation to live in the twolegplace (only works as a full warrior/med-cat), you will be able to become mates with a cat who stands in front of the twoleg house, Berry. But these 4 kits don't interact with you very much, so I recommmend finishing all quests before going to the twolegplace. It's possible to have 5 kits total in this game, but in separate locations. ONCE YOU'RE A LEADER ----------------------------- Go inside your den to choose a deputy. Then, when you're ready for the next interesting event, talk to Thornshade. After talking to Thornshade, cats will start acting weird. Talk to Hazelstem. If you tell her you agree something's off... /something/ will happen. If you don't agree, talk to her again when you do notice. THE FOX SCENE -------------- Talk to Marshbreeze when you're a warrior to prompt a scene where a fox attacks. BEING A MEDICINE CAT ... is slightly less interesting. Once a full medicine cat, you can talk to Smokeberry till she gives you an herb to give some cat. Also, one more thing. Talk to Moonfur, wait, then help her with her kitting. And (not gonna spoil), find Skykit and Icekit somewhere. Notes: - DON'T move while there's a clan meeting xD ______________________________ Commonly asked questions, answered ______________________________ Q. Is this a finished project? A. No, there's a part two that's out, which then adds on to the project, followed by part three (which isn't out yet, currently being worked on!) Q. Why do I grow bigger when I press space? A. You grow older a moon when you click space, so at six moons you'll be an apprentice. (Fun fact: your sister grows bigger with you, when you press space) Q. Why won't my kit appear? A. Over it's life, the kit changes dens: first, the medicine cat den, then the nursery, then the area outside the warrior den, then the 'paw den, and finally the warrior den. You just need to look for it! Q. How do I become deputy and leader? A. Talk to Ashstar. When you're leader, if you want to call a clan meeting, go to the leader's tree stump meeting place and press 'm' for the meeting. Q. How do I make my kit a warrior? A. Click the kit when it's a bit older and it'll say "Should I become an apprentice?". After saying yes, then, talk to Willowmist, your kit's mentor. NOTE: be sure to type "yes" or "no" correctly whenever asked a yes/no question. Please take the time to spell things correctly for best results.
