Yes, the neon text in the thumbnail does give you one of the reasons, but I don't see why you shouldn't read the full 770 word description as well ;) ──────────────────────── ☆ Why should you join SAMEDREAM LABELS? Ah, the question we’ve all been secretly pondering, am I right? Well, that's why I’m here, to answer your questions and concerns about our company, and why you should choose us to continue your S-pop career journey. We are an independent S-idol/S-pop company, on the strive for professionalism and inclusivity. We believe that quality is far superior to quantity- It’s not about the amount of groups you have, it’s about how well you treat each and every one of your idols and push them to be the best that they can be. First and foremost, S-pop shouldn’t be based and biased on aesthetics. Yes, the ‘aesthetic’ look of a company or group might be pleasing to some, but in another sense it severely lacks professionalism. Using no capitalization sounds friendly, but it also sounds casual. I’m not in any way saying that you should not go about the aesthetic style, but it's really not for everyone. With SAMEDREAM, Yume and I wanted to reshape the billage of perception of what an S-pop company could look like. We still have everyone's favorite, aesthetic text dividers, but not to the extent where half our description is just symbols. We pride ourselves in creating graphics and thumbnails that are minimalistic and crisp-looking, while delivering the purpose, or meaning, we are trying to serve. Though, expect references here and there- the two of us are, fortunately or unfortunately, both very keen on those. The image of the company also helps to create a more heightened atmosphere that builds just enough pressure to act as motivation to improve, though we understand that this is not for everyone. That being said, if you are not sure if you have the dedication to stay in this company, and are afraid of possible stress levels, I wouldn't recommend applying. If you do decide to be a part of SAMEDREAM, then be prepared for a carefully crafted, highly professional, and intensely immersive experience you won't find anywhere else in S-pop. And don't worry- we're not that scary ;D Still, we would like to stress this point. Not trying to intimidate you or anything, but we are going to be quite strict with our selections. Not in the sense that you need to be good at everything (Heck, you can't even get proof of one's dancing abilities), but that you are good at what you do, whether that be singing, rapping, or both. We take everyone into account, no matter your background in S-pop. And if you don't get selected, there's always next time. At the moment, we're still unsure how trainer programs will function, but I can guarantee that there will be many opportunities within our company in the near future. Lastly, we're a very supportive community that encourages everyone to just… be their best. That's it. We do not, and will never, tolerate, actions that go against our favorite orange cat's best interests and wishes (Also known as Scratch’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service), cheating in any way, shape, or form, including, but are not limited to, the use of Artificial Intelligence, and the acts of theft. (Yes, I’m Slytherin, but 1. Ironic as it seems, this context calls for it, and 2. We aren't all cheaters >:0 Just very ambitious people who, in my case, want to make S-pop a better place.) This also includes any other forms of negative behavior that might affect one or more individuals inside or outside the community. Nonetheless, nevertheless- be the best version of yourself, that's really all you need. If this sounds like a community you'd like to be a part of, we have recently opened up auditions for our first survival show, Planet: PRISM. Links will be attached below if you'd like to take a look, we’d be more than glad to have you. We’ll also be rebooting our previous project, ASTRXS, in which details should come out sometime within the next week. The trainee program will likely launch after the survival show, but we won't give too much away for now. Some things are always better left as a surprise anyway ;) And… that's it. Thank you for your time and interest in reading this, and I hope that this essay has, in some way, influenced you, whether it be giving that push for you to apply, or just seeing the S-pop community in a new light, I’d be happy if it did either. With that, time to close the curtains on another piece of writing, and perhaps we'll get to open them to a new world of S-pop very soon. ──────────────────────── ☆ Also very handily available in forum format: ──────────────────────── ☆ Links: ☆ Planet: PRISM Auditions
