!RANT AHEAD! So this happened a few months ago but it's just now hitting me. The lady who text my mom stating "I couldnt be friends with her daughter anymore" was my moms' best friend from high school. They also both had kids around the same times (leading to her daughter [we'll call her chloride] to be about 3 months older than me.) We were best friends from the beginning, the mom [We'll call her sulfer] had known me my whole life, still made nasty assumptions about me due to my gender identity. Chloride and I would hangout in the showers of the public pool a lot during the summer because we'd be able to talk to eachother lots. not for any other reasons. Every time after the pool, Sulfer would ask her, "did SHE do anything to you?" first of all what... then we all went to see the beetlejuice movie tg about a week after the pool closed and I'd called Jenna ortega pretty a few times, leading to her telling my mom a few days later. Sulfur told my mom that I'd need to stop "Expressiong myself around her" and that it "made both chloride and i both very uncomfortable" when chloride is one of the queerest people ive ever met (Sulfur cant know tho). Anyways it led to this whole thing. She still FREQUENLY tries to talk to my mom, even though its obvious my mom wants nothing to do with her. It's kinda messed up. She still tries making contact even though shes the one who cut off contact.
