They took six shapes back to England to study them. While the shapes were there, they learned all about their culture, and took it with them when they returned to the island. They built cities, and became the second most advanced species on earth. From that, a Decagon that went to England declared herself the Queen and has been abusing the poor class of Shapetropolis ever since. For her 23rd birthday she declared she would randomly pick a family to be executed for her own entertainment. A rectangle named Squarae was captured and broke free.
