(USE TURBO MODE!!! HOLD DOWN “SHIFT” WHILE CLICKING THE GREEN FLAG, OR THE SOUNDS WILL NOT PLAY CORRECTLY!) Here are some classic sound effects and jingles from the original Super Mario Bros. NES game, played entirely with Scratch's note blocks. Each individual note is a block. Cool, huh? Click the buttons to play the sounds. You can also change the instrument with the slider. The default is 20 (Synth Lead), but you should definitely try setting it to 10 (Clarinet), 13 (Wooden Flute), or 14 (Bassoon) and listening to the Power-Up sound! It strangely makes it sound even more accurate! Same with the fireball sound.
You can use these if you want. Nintendo Super Mario Bros. (1985) NOTE: The pipe sound is unfortunately not 100% accurate. It was too hard to copy in note blocks.
