This took me so long to make and I'm sorry if it's laggy. If Pikachu doesn't look like he's saying ladadadumdadum, then the time is off. I can't really fix the lag, so it might take a few tries before the timing works. If it is just my laptop that makes it lag, the timing will most likely be off even more then it is for me. So if it is, I'm so so so sorry. I will try to look over this at home.
