An explanation if you can't read the text: first, in 1978, the Gilbert Baker Pride flag was invented. they changed the design because the light pink and light blue were too expensive. They solved this by creating the rainbow flag, also made by Gilbert Baker. next was the flag of bisexuals. this flag was made back in 1998 and still survives to this day like most other flags. bisexual means being attracted to two or more genders with or without gender preference. after bisexual was the transgender flag. Transgender means to change your gender from the gender that was assigned to you at birth. in my opinion, gender should be an option for the person to choose not a doctor. next in 2010, the asexual and pansexual flags were made. pansexual means to be attracted to someone without gender preference. pansexual is one of the sexualities under the bisexual umbrella. Asexual means to have little to no sexual attraction to people. being asexual does not mean you can't be in relationships. next year, in 2011, the genderqueer flag was made. genderqueer means an identity adopted by individuals who characterize themselves as neither female nor male, as both, or as somewhere in between. after this, in the next year, the polysexual and genderfluid flags were made. polysexual is also under the bisexual umbrella and it means to be attracted to most but not all genders with or without preference. genderfluid is a term meaning a non-fixed gender identity that shifts over time. this shift can be in a little amount of time or a long time. for intersex I will have to water this down a little so that I don't get banned from scratch (sorry). intersex is a term that describes people who don't have "regular" male or female "anatomy". after that we have THREE different flags which are, the aromantic flag, the nonbinary flag and the agender flag. starting with aromantic, aromantic is a term that means someone who has little or no romantic attraction to others. again like asexual this does not mean that they cant be in a relationship. the term nonbinary means gender that do not fall into the categories of male or female. agender is the last flag in 2014 and it has the definition of being a person who has an internal sense of being neither male nor female nor some combination of male and female. this is kind of like non binary but not by much. after 2014 another flag was not made until 2017. this flag was the Philidelphia flag and it was made because people in the lgbtq community were not respecting people of different color, race and/or ethnicity. this flag includes two stripes at the top that are black and brown to respect these different groups. after that in 2017 the revamped the Philidelphia flag to the progress pride flag. the progress pride flag features five triangles in this order: white, pink, blue, brown and black. the first three stripes represent the trans community and the last two represent the same stripes that were at the top of the previous pride flag. the other flag made in the same year was the lesbian flag. there were many "problematic" iterations of this flag but the one in 2018 features a sort of pink, white and orange sunset in the horizon. lesbian is a term that means a woman who is atreccted to another woman. the last flag on this diagram is the MLM flag. this is a term that means man loves man so I think that it is self explanatory. like always tell me if I got something wrong or left out something. Bye for now
All of these sexualities and genders are beautiful so keep being you! (sry if I did not include all of the flags)
