I don't like discussing politics on scratch, hopefully most who already knew me know that, but this is so much more than politics now. Yesterday after school, I arrived home to some of the worst news I had ever heard in my 12 years of living. "Trump Won" Donald Trump had won the 2024 presidential election. My head has been filled with worry, I cried on the bus this morning multiple times, I watched my teen years crumble in front of me, I wish it wasn't real, I wish it so bad, But it's real. It happened. But that doesn't mean we give up. We will stay safe. And we will survive this. We will make it. But please, only come out if you feel safe, and don't do things that could end up in your endangerment, especially if you live in a red state. So if your scared, whether it's about deportation, or being queer, or even being a woman, Just remember, it can't stay this way forever, and I will always support you.
