Just posting some art until I get used to having an aching finger every-time I draw using a keyboard Maybe like a mini art dump for now? EDIT: Updating this thing every once in a while. 1: One of my critter characters, Ahdo. He's supposed to be a character in a book I'm making. 2: Fanart of Darkstripe, Longtail, and Swiftpaw 3: Recent fanart of this cat called Fuzzypaw. I'll redraw it once I get motivation 4: Cat paw/claw test. I think I got the idea from some realistic cat sketch online 5: Lower front leg of a fox I've been drawing. I'll need to practice drawing them for a future comic that will be WAY better than THoaW 6: Sketch of the fox that evolved from the fox's foot. Still not too happy with the body diagram and the tail might be a mite too thick. The ears and back feet are pretty good I guess 7: Redrawn detailed paw with slight realistic-ness 8: Another paw which is an altered version of 7. I have no idea if the dark markings are bl00d or just the cat's shadow. Maybe both? 9: Serenepeak! This is the second time I've drawn her, but the first time she was supposed to be a golden tabby and be named Lioneye. It later on changed because I changed her clan to a mountain-like rocky terrain, and I wanted her name based off of this. Not including her clan name because reasons. 10: Altered version of Serene. This is actually how she's supposed to look, but the 1st version was just lighter. 11: Stonefoot! He lives in Serenepeak's clan and was originally her twin brother before I learned about cat genetics. Since Serene is a pale gray cat with a somatic mutation in her tail area, and he is a Siamese, their parents would BOTH have to be color points for him to turn out like this, meaning that Serene would also turn out Siamese. He will appear later on in my future comic, along with Serene. By the way, his leg looks fat because he's a mountain-climber. 12: Kittens! I wanted to make their fur scrappier because they're newborn, so I used my pen to give it a matted look. Not too proud with the claws, but it was worth a try. I'm naming them Rimekit and Falconkit. 13: Fieldmouse as a baby. He was originally a character in my animated WC series as a WindClan warrior, but I transferred him to my new upcoming comic that Stone, Serene, Rime and Falcon are in. Also, I drew this with my finger on the screen of my computer. I love how shaggy and ragged it came out! Definitely making this my new art style. That way my finger wouldn't hurt 24/7 each time I make a panel for my comic. 14: Cat I drew. I'm really getting the hang of this thing. 15: This was drawn before , and it took me just 2 minutes. My older artstyle would've taken about an HOUR just for a single cat, since it included like 2 sketches. The fastest record I've ever set for this. 16: Sketch for a cat in my upcoming project/comic. I'm already in love with it! 17: Background Test. I'm pretty bad at drawing these things, but I've decided to give it a try and draw the nursery for one of my Clans. It still looks really ugly but I do like the ivy. 18: Cat Anatomy Test that turned out pretty great! I based it off an image on Google of a cat with a bird.
