Far to the north winter lasts forever and the sun ceases to shine its rays snowflakes fall upon the unforgiving ice, black waters trapped beneath. for this is the wild left unchecked where caribou run wild snowdrifts pile upon great mountains and tall trees that have stood for centuries snow sweeps the pawprints of gray wolves and arctic foxes away this far to the north, everything is wild cold unforgiving but look closer. there is a wild kind of beauty within, if you can see it.
