READ THIS FOR A CLEARER GUIDE : Hello! I thought it would be fun to make a how to draw guide!! Pichu can be drawn in 4-5 simple steps!! Click the costume or press space to continue! I Hope it is enjoyable and useful! If you need more of an explanation for the steps look here : 1. Sketch Sketching Pichu is easy!! I like to use a reference, so that I have something to go off of. Nothing has to be perfect, since it’s only a sketch. 2. Line art The line art is tracing the sketch and as you do, fixing mistakes. Usually, this is when I start actually finalizing the eyes. It can also be a good time to take a break, if you want to. 3. Color!! What picture would be done without color? Color brings vibrancy into the world, without it, we would be dull. Remember that Pichu has very bright yellow fur, and those fluffy red cheeks. The tail and tip of ears are grey or black. (So is the mane?? Not really sure what to call it.) 4. Shading Shading can be important if you want to detail your art. Try to think where the light comes from, and how bright it is. This can determine how dark the shadows are. 5. Editing If you want to, you can edit your art to make it even better!! Erase mistakes, add details. Whatever feels good for you! If you don’t want to, there’s no need.
Extra notes : step 3-5 are optional, so there’s no need to do it! If you want to, go for it! But if not, enjoy your drawing as it is! You’ve worked hard to make this!
