She headed to the 2nd floor corridor when she got blocked by the Slytherin she hated. Serena. "Thought you'd get away scot-free, Chang?" she spat. "Turns out you're UNlucky." she continued. "Well," Kara replyed wisely (to roast her), "Aren't you PURE-blood? Purely blood? Better go dunk yourself in a bottle to save the Muggles." Serena was outraged. "Oh, you'll see who's the better one after this. Duel. At 3pm. Kara stormed away from Serena, who was there, sneering and grinning vicously. As 2:50 approached, Kara was sitting on her bed with tons of scrolls and books, seeing which spell would help her. She noticed the time and headed off to a certain empty classroom. Serena was already there. "Thought you chickened out." Serena sneered. "Confringo!" Kara shouted. Serena got blasted and hit the stone wall. "Sectumsem-" Serena started, but Kara was quick and agile. "LOCOMOTOR MORTIS!" Serena had to hop to get her wand back. She cast the counter-jinx. Serena stood there, looking like she achieved the best thing in the world, and then it happened. "CRUCIO!" It was pain. Kara was twitching uncomfortablly, pain beyond her wildest dreams. She ached in pain, then, it stopped. "Expected me to hold you? I would've gotten expelled." "Levicorpus." Kara whispered. Serena got whipped up to where she got held by the ankle. "Libracorpus!" Serena yelled. "I've seen you." said Serena ruefully, circling around a desk. "You just love your hair. I've seen you combing it all day long. Perhaps me get rid of that habit?" Kara opened her mouth to protest. She did not even have a comb. She was lying about the whole thing. "Reduc-" Kara started. "Diffindo!" Serena said, smiling slyly. Kara's hair up to the low of the shoulders had been cut off completely. "This was the whole meaning of this." Kara stated angrily. "Cut your own hair!" Kara headed back to her common room where, Cassidy noticed her new hairstyle.
