REQUIREMENTS 1. Cant be inappropriate for children 2. Must be funny, but can't use inappropriate memes. 3. You can comment on other players comments, but don't start a chatroom. 4. If you talk about ANYTHING else, unless you are critiquing your friend's comment, you are banned from the comment animations contest. 5. If you see someone break these rules, report to me. 6. If you find ANY loopholes to these rules that allows you to break them, don't abuse them. I will ban you if you do. 7. Dont act bad just when I'm offline.
