Compute PI using the Gauss-Legendre algorithm. Scratch cat says pi as indicated in Microsoft Calculator so we can compare it to Scratch's computed value. If Scratch displayed more significant digits we could keep going to get more digits of pi. However for most calculations this is all that is required. (NASA only uses 15 digits of pi!)
