I found another entertaining toys at a thrift shop. for awhile it was fully working until one day it randomly started smoking from the motor for the legs and it burned out. It was an easy fix to replace the motor while I was inside I found a spot on the board and it turns out it was gonna play Holiday road like most of the other cats they made.
