I'm also good at assuming good faith, so I can be asked questions without the question askers having to worry about offending me. additionally, I consider myself a very creative creature, so i can contribute new ideas to the hive to make it a more fun and welcoming place. I'm also good at remembering to respond to euphoria and comfort, so I think that is a positive contribution. disembodied text box says: question 3: downsides for you being a manager I am a constant over-explainer and might use clunky or confusing wording. also, due to negative personal experiences, I sometimes have a freeze response when conflict gets too much, which i'm trying to work on. i'm also autistic which isn't a problem itself but I can struggle with nuanced issues and tone. I also currently struggle with my mental health a bit. disembodied text box says: question 4: unique things you could bring I am an artist and animator so I could do some art for the hive! if I get promoted, I will do stuff relating to art and also making some text-based activities or games that involve interaction and not just bandwagons that don't involve interaction disembodied text box says: question 5: what you'd improve about the hive if I was a manager, my main goals would be to create a better interaction culture in the hive so we aren't just posting our own thoughts and not talking to each other. I would also try to figure out a way for more good-faith questions to be posted more easily without being misidentified as hatred.
