End ID]] [slide 2] Hello, my name is Internet Explorer and I am applying to be a manager of the Gaehive. I have been in the gaehive for about a year, but I took a break until September 2024. I came back to talk to my friends and check up on the studio. I have helped a lot of people find their identities and fight for acceptance of many labels, such as object att., lesboy, etc. [Slide 3] When I first joined, I admit I was not very cool, I was very salty... of course, not entirely my fault, but I digress. But now I'm a changed, more introspective man. I am self-aware, have more social skills, and know that causing chaos is not exactly the peak of comedy if it's stressing people out. Though I still have instabilities, I will work on trying to not let this get in the way of my managing work. [Slide 4] Things I can do: - Sort conflicts (especially discourse) - Tell people off without scolding - Research topics - Draw, write, basic video editing / image editing skills - Organise messy descriptions, studio orders, et cetera [slide 5] Things you should be aware of: - I have mood swings a lot - I will forget some instructions / that some things exist - I need things explained to me clearly in order to understand them - My timezone is GMT / BST (0 / +1) - May have some "divisive" opinions [slide 6] For the studio, I will: - Make it easy to access information for people to understand uncommon identities - Allow people to talk about issues without being reported (unless it's blatantly offensive) - Maintain and improve the safe space that the Gaehive provides [slide 7] End card summary Name: I.
