Completely unable to defend its old borders, USA's border with Mexico, under the de-facto control of the Second Confederacy is unguarded, as all troops have been mobilized to fight in the heartland of the USA, in the civil war. Mexico and Cuba make quick land grabs from the Confederacy, earning its ire. However,, the Central Union still has the most resources, tailed by the Confederacy and Cascadia. Canada collapses, and Quebec declares independence. In South America, Argentina undergoes a commie coup, and along with Cuba, urges states to declare war on any non-commie state to ensure the "American Commune". Brazil, Chile, Mexico, and others, as well as South Africa across the sea, are all members of this neutral bloc, and are quite frankly annoyed.
