Move WASD or Arrow Keys. Point and click with mouse to attack. Space to hide extra info and to start game. Move to top of screen after all enemies are dead to progress. Touch enemy to die. Goal? Don't die.
29/11/2024 - I make a goofy little pixel art guy out of boredom. 20/12/2024 - Gave all levels unique names. 21/12/2024 - Added an enemy guide (see below) which will be updated which every new enemy. (Hopefully this will make the game less painful.) 30/12/2024 - By finishing the final world, and completing the final boss fight, Jeff Quest is now complete. (ps, shoutout to New Super Mario Bros Wii, the final boss fight was loosely based off of the Magikoopa boss fight.) 14/2/2025 - First (and probably last) update since completing the game. Added togglable mobile controls, accessed by pressing space and setting the slider to 1. Honestly the controls are terrible, but since no one actually plays this, there's no point fixing it. 13/6/2025 - Finally started caring about this game again. Made a few changes to things I didn't like all throughout the game. Changed the special ability of the staff to be more useful, decreased the cooldowns on the slingshot and gun, and increased the range of the latter. I also hid the option to switch to mobile controls, might add it back in once I figure out better controls. 9/7/2025 - Added arrow key movement controls. 19/7/2025 - Added a title screen (Press Space to start game.) It looks pretty cool to me for my first attempt. 28/7/2025 - Added speedrun timer for the hardcore Jeff Quest "fans." 29/7/2025 - Completely reworked Gerald to be more difficult, and buffed the freeze affect. 3/8/2025 - Nerfed staff to require more kills to activate. 8/9/2025 - Removed cloud variable for World Record. {ENEMY GUIDE} Zombo - Basic enemy, moves slowly towards you, like all enemies it one shots the player, and takes one hit to kill. Skelo - A faster version of the Zombo Armored Zombo - A slower version of the Zombo which takes 2 hits to kill. Armored Skelo - Boss fight of the First World. Takes 3 hits to kill, resetting it's position and increasing it's speed each hit. Slime - A stationary enemy, shoots projectiles. Jungle Zombo - Moves and acts like the normal Zombo, but shoots projectiles. Armored Slime - Shoots projectiles like a normal Slime, but summons two more Slimes when killed. Slime King - Boss fight of the Second World. Takes three hits to kill, summoning enemies and changing their attack pattern each time. The enemies they summon must be killed before they can be hit. The Infected - ??? Advanced Zombo - Moves and Acts like a normal Zombo, but takes 3 hits to kill. Baby Zombo - A faster and smaller version of the Zombo, runs away from you when you attack. Titan Zombo - Boss fight of the Third World. Takes three hits to kill, summoning enemies every hit (note that unlike the Slime King you can still harm the Titan Zombo while these enemies are alive.) After two hits he starts throwing car wheels at you. Icy Slime - Acts like the normal Slime, except their projectiles don't kill the player, but instead slow their movements. They also have a faster firing rate, and freeze you upon contact. Snow Derp - Throws his head at you, which acts as a fast projectile, before moving towards you at the pace of a Zombo. Omni Slime - Acts like an Icy Slime for three shots, before firing a lethal shot. Touching it's frozen side freezes you, while touching the normal side kills you. Gerald - Boss fight of the Fourth World. Throws his head at you which bounces around whilst chasing you and throwing freezing ice shards. Both his head and his body must be killed. TDavidPanda - Boss fight of the Fifth and final world. As for it's attack pattern, figure it out yourself. IDK how these work, I’m probably doing it wrong. =P
