Hello! I'm Leaf, They/zem, and I am applying for the manager position! -time zone- I am typically active 4pm- 8pm EST on weekdays, and 7am-10am EST on weekends. -advantages- I am a decent problem solver and I have TONS of IRL experience breaking up fights. If I am the problem, I typically realize it before I post anything actually harmful. -downsides- Sometimes I will take things too far, such as punishments. I may (accidentally or not) hurt somebody's feelings because of that. I am currently trying to work on that though. -improvements- I would be tracking people's comments more closely. A lot of people (not just on the Gaehive) forget tw's and cw's as well as making comments that are self-deprecating and I don't want people saying things that make them seem like they feel bad abt themselves, and if they make comments like that I feel like people should try to say something like 'Hey, do you want to talk abt it?' or 'You okay?' or anything that makes the feel supported. -recommendations- @LGBlairTQ. Wow. What can I say? He is an amazing scratcher who is always kind to everyone. I think he'd be a amazing option. @Homo-sec-shoe-whale. They bring a lot of silliness and fun to the hive and are pretty active as well.
