A bit of info about the TM unit: Unlike ROZZUM units, Taskmaster Robots, also known as TMs, were created for smaller tasks such as pest control or small repairs. TaskMaster units are incapable of speech, because they don’t really need to speak. However, they are very good at recognizing voices, and are programmed with the latest spatial recognition technology. TaskMaster units were created with the lower class in mind; the truth was that not everyone could afford a ROZZUM unit. TaskMaster units are smaller, built with cheaper materials, and compromise on some of the features of the ROZZUM, making them a suitable, significantly more affordable option for low-income families. A TaskMaster unit’s base functions include: Cleaning, gardening, small home repairs, pest control, and cooking simple meals. The TaskMaster unit is fitted with three cameras: one for infrared/night vision, one for heat vision, and the top one doubles as a light source. All of the cameras also function as a regular camera for observing and analyzing its surroundings. This particular unit, TaskMaster-SAK10, overrode her code (by downloading an AI chatbot into her processor) to be able to speak with other robots. She spent a full year in standby mode in the woods to learn the animal language so she could communicate with them as well.
