This "child" was the first victim of Nova, and somehow survived being the strange little kid she is. She cannot speak, and has a pretty dirty mind. She is also OVERLY ANNOYING and loves to act like the smart one in the group. When you hear the name "Skipper" you think of a very lovable child. Burn that thought. Literally.
