A weird feature that allows you to detect the scroll up/down events with the event blocks but not the boolean input. If you notice, you can use scroll but not up/down arrow keys. Also if you hold up/down arrow keys corresponding to which way you turn the wheel it won' work. Also, another weird thing is that your mouse must be inside the canvas, even if you have it selected and you won't scroll down or up on the page otherwise it won't work.
