I know I'm not perfect, and there's only a small chance I'll get the position, but it's still worth a shot! Good luck to everyone else applying, and I know that whoever gets picked will deserve the job!! 1) I've been in the Gaehive for around three years now! (Using different accounts.) I am transmasc and neurodivergent (ADHD, might get an Autism test soon!), and require tonetags on some hard to understand messages or things with dual meanings! 2) I live in New England, USA! I use EST time. I'm mainly on during 9:00 - 3:00 Monday-Friday! 3) I believe I could be a good manager because I have a fairly easy time memorising rules and enforcing them in a friendly way! I'm good at knowing the border between a discussion and an argument, and try to stop arguments before they get intense! 4) Downsides to me being a manager are that I am frequently online during school, and cannot be online in every class. I also cannot keep up a specific time schedule for long, my calendar is always changing. 5) Some unique things I could bring to the position are my skills in art (thumbnails? >:3), my understanding of many different LGBTQIA+ identities, neurodiverse people, and how to help people with issues regarding the previous things in real situations! I always try to learn more about things I don't understand. I would also try to engage with the community more and help with events and any other things. 6) If I were promoted, I would help regulate arguments and things involving the whole studio or another studio, trying my hardest to enforce rules well in a friendly way! I would also help with organising and managing events, side studios, or other similar things. (Also, whenever I get responsibilities like this, I absolutely try extremely hard to prove that I am good for the position! :3) 7) I nominate FalconCoder61 to be a manager! I feel like they would be a good person for the job, and that they would interact positively with the Gaehive Community! They seem like a nice person, and I have seen them respond reasonably to disagreements without starting arguments. Again, good luck to everyone else applying! Thanks for reading :)
