So if you viewed the Part One project of The Story of Cyntax, you'll know who Cyntax is. But who is Cyntax REALLY? She was formerly human...so how did she become a Terminator? The adopted daughter to Ex-002-Error? All this...will be explained here. I will say this, Cyntax was raised completely underground her entire life! Never saw the sun once except on monitors that were connected to cameras outside! Crazy right? E-404 would always do a weekly check-up on her health, to make sure she didn't suffer from any negative effects. Cyntax was born on October 31st, 1944, and died on October 31st, 1964 at the age of twenty from stage four cancer. However...it was not a natural death, it was cunningly planned by our good ol villain, Pretender, a malevolent, lying, scheming AI who is only out for himself.
In the year 1945, Ex-002-Error had just emerged and began wreaking carnage, killing 574 people, and injuring 426 people, and out of those 426, 27 survived their gruesome injuries, only to later die at the exact same time two days later in their hospital beds since E-404 had snagged their souls, infused them into 27 metal bolts...and melted them. (Yeah, the workers, btw, also melted in bed. I know. Gross) The Factory, at this point, had been shut and locked down with a forcefield surrounding the interior to keep Ex-002-Error in...so still angry at the world, Ex-002-Error began looking for victims...and you can imagine how startled she was to hear a child cry echoing through the now empty factory. Ex-002-Error (let's call her E-404) began searching for the child-as she was puzzled why the humans would abandon such a precious thing. In the orphanage, left behind in a crib, barely a year old, was a baby girl with the number 404 tattooed on either of her shoulders, bawling and crying as loud as anything. E-404...felt a connection to the child. Like her, the child had been abandoned and left for dead. Not only that, the number held personal meaning to E-404...so she took the child in and made it her goal to dominate the entire factory and declare herself Queen of the Factory and that Echo (the child) would be under her protection forever more. As years went by, Echo grew to be a young respectable girl with peculiar habits and traits. For starters-she seemed to show symptoms of ADHD and Autism, and was exceptionally smart...another thing was she was not scared of the freak-ish AIs who roamed The Factory...in fact...she became friends with them. Freak was her first friend, and he slowly introduced her to the rest of the AIs, but taught her which ones she should avoid and their history and purpose. Carnage taught her how to fight and plan ahead. E-404...well...taught her anatomy through the various "specimens" she'd acquired. Echo quickly learned that the vast majority of AI seemed to be made for one purpose either kill or support humans...which for some reason didn't bother her. "It's a part of who they are, I can't judge them for that. It'd be like judging me for being human." Echo once answered when E-404 asked her why she wasn't bothered that she was practically being raised and taught by killers. Meanwhile...a brooding...sadistic...mavolent AI was furious that this human was alive. She was an unforeseen variable. A threat to his plans. This child...had influenced the many AIs so much...it was starting to agitate him. AIs weren't supposed to be like this, show sympathy for a pathetic creature such as a human. Humans were vermin, something to be exterminated. Pretender...had ideas. And none of them good. He couldn't outright kill her-the AIs would pick up on it immediately! He needed to kill her...indirectly. So he did research about human weaknesses and discovered one lethal disease. Cancer. So...using technology beyond anyone comprehension, he genetically modified a form of cancer that could kill any living biological creature within 4 years. Then he would rid this piece of vermin from his kingdom...and reclaim the AI. At the age of 16, in the year Oct 1st, 1960, Echo grew ill. At first, everyone though it was a fever, but after taking a blood sample from her and looking into it herself, E-404 was shocked to learn the child she'd cared for and protected was sick with something she could not fight or protect Echo from- Cancer. And it was working its way through her with unnatural speed, making her sicker and causing her body to start failing. Everyone was in shock, but E-404 devised a plan...a clever, but dangerous plan...one that would change Echo's life forever.
