First, use the arrow keys left and right to move, and up to jump. Once you grab the orb, you enter FreeDraw mode! Here, you Use the mouse to move. Click and hold to draw. Click the buttons on the bottom, or use these hotkeys: a toggles green square. w and s increase and decrease pen size. d clears everything (use with caution). q toggles random/constant color. Click the black arrow when using constant color to change the color of the pen. Tip: Go on random and hold down the mouse in one place. Hold w for a while, then hold s all while holding the mouse click down. Enjoy.

As I got bored, I made the circle pretty with the pen, which I had just watched a tutorial on. Next in our lesson was having a character jump and come back down. Thus, our pen friend was made. Then I spent the rest of the day developing the idea, and this came to be.
