Watch Lugia fly across the ocean floor, and then let the Johto band take over! This is mostly just showing animation, and my second time to upload an MP3 to Scratch.
Honestly, it took me hours just to find a Lugia GIF that didn't have a white background... o_O Otherwise, I credit Pokemon's composer for this song, pokemonpro13 for "Pokemon Rock n Roll," and Nintendo & Game Freak in general for Pokemon (it's great).
