REMIX IF YOU HAVE ACTUALLY READ THE HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON BOOKS!!!!!!!!! (fyi this is me ranting my emotions. it may get heated.) THIS IS SERIOUS GUYS. THE HTTYD MOVIES ARE THE MOST INACCURATE BOOK-TO-MOVIE EVER. EVER. E V E R. E V E R . keep reading this is important. 30% of people haven't read/watched httyd. 65% of people have watched the movies. 5% of people have read the incredible books. REASONS OF INACCURACY: 1: TOOTHLESS IS NOT A NIGHT FURY. Toothless is a Common or Garden dragon without any actual teeth who is sassy, picky, and about the size of Hiccup's forearm. He doesn't breath fire, is a hunting dragon only, and is pretty bad at everything. 2: Astrid does not exist. Astrid is a girl named Camicazi from a DIFFERENT place than Hiccup. 3: NAMES. Snotlout's not Snotlout, the twins don't exist, half the people in the movies don't exist 4: H I C C U P' S M O M . SHE IS PERFECTLY PRESENT IN HICCUP'S LIFE FROM HIS BIRTH TO WHEN SHE DIES. 5: nothing that happens in the movies happened in the books. SERIOUSLY. I would have been fine if they slapped a new name on it and changed a couple concepts. That would have been FINE. This is the most passionate I've ever been about a book series. Just saying. Factually correct stuff: -there are vikings -there are dragons -Names that are correct: Stoick, Hiccup, Fishlegs -ummm... Cressida Cowell wrote an AMAZING book series!!! It has an incredible plot and is just one of those books. NOW, thanks to the movies, whenever you ask someone about httyd then all they know isn't the real version. So many people only know what's in the movies. The books are so much better and that's how HTTYD should be viewed as. I actually like the movies. The animation is good and all, but the adaption is... no. NO. REMIX THIS IS YOU HAVE READ AND LOVED THE HTTYD BOOKS camicazi forever I love everything about the books SERIOUSLY.
