A remaster of a character I forgot about until I was searching through my old projects. This is Todd he comes from my third project on this account "about these characters". with the Idea of Meeb island being me and my friends, I'm not sure Todd is gonna be one of the characters in Meeb Island, he could be a background character but IDK. For some context, this Account is probably gonna start becoming less of a random projects account, and more of a "this account is gonna be mostly animations" account.
