Kate was tired... Tired of her husband constantly abusing her child, Tired of the sick lab she lived in, but mostly.. Sick of the pain. She knew that there was one little creature in total control of her world. A creature called Cat. Kate knew this, and tried to get Cat's attention. She tried to reach out to the creature. But the creature was getting more and more sick of this splatoon-themed world. It abandoned it, more and more. Kate saw this, but Kate wouldn't let all her friends die because Cat lost interest. So Kate made an offer... Kate said that if Cat kept this world alive, then she'd try to fix everything. Cat agreed to the deal, and cried in grief, realizing what she had done to these innocent squid-like folk. She realized that if she lost interest, their world would be gone.. forever. So Cat held on as tight as she could, she was the one in control, after all. But Cat got more and more angry and sad. Cat wanted so badly to let go, but could not. Kate saw this, and tried to help the godlike creature. But alas, it was to no avail. Cat decided it was finally time to destroy it all, once and for all. She'd revive the squids, but in different forms. She told Kate she'd be happier as a monster, but Kate refused to die.
