History: Though essentially the same weapon, the Sarmon M-10b was released as the M-10a's replacement in 1973. With the standardization of the Perlin attachment rail in 1970, the M-10b has a fixed rail mounted on top of the receiver group, with a SAAS-5 sight attached during manufacturing. The M-10b has some noticeable visual changes, such as a longer barrel, smaller receiver group, reinforced stock attachment point, larger front sight housing, larger magazine, a slot for quick disassembly and an improved sight. The smaller receiver group made for easier disassembly and easier maneuverability in small spaces. The SAAS-5 (Sarmon Adjustable Aperture Sight) uses a slanted ring sight and a knob to adjust visual range, and it uses a lock to prevent the rings from misaligning. ----------------- Specs: Capacity: 30 rounds (STANAG) Cartridge: 5.90mm Patzian Fire rate: 850 rpm Range: 370m (Effective) 2100m (Max)
