Mr. Sandman from Punch-Out!! on the Wii could beat almost all of Ash’s Pokémon and most of the characters from MHA in a fair, clean boxing match. This is due to the fact that many of Ash’s Pokémon either wouldn’t fit in the ring, use legal moves, or even be able to wear the regulated, required boxing gloves. Many characters from MHA couldn’t use their abilities due to the boxing gloves. Bakugo can’t destroy the gloves with his explosions; that’s destruction of WVBA property. Toga can’t drink any blood; that’s both gross and considered to be the consumption of a foreign substance, which is illegal. In addition, you are also only allowed to drink water when you’re in the corner in between rounds, not in the middle of a round. That leaves the challengers without many options; no special abilities, no outside interference, no weapons, no headbutts, backhands, elbows, earclapping moves, or punches with the back, side, or inside of the gloves. In addition to all of that, Mr. Sandman is incredibly strong himself; particularly in his Title Defense fight, with his Dreamland Express and incredibly quick attacks. No form of magic is also allowed; that would likely count as outside interference, so no elemental powers, no teleportation, no clones. With all of this and a fair, clean fight would result with a victory for Mr. Sandman. Plus, the rest of Ash’s Pokémon that wouldn’t already be excluded due to being too big or not being able to wear the gloves, would be excluded because they also need to wear an official boxing uniform.
