A completely rewritten version of my older project 'Diesel stander'. Use the left and right keys to walk them around- you will see that they walk. Except for one of them. That one was just a demo for the hover technology. For 4 and 7, you can press the up arrow to fire their 'guns', AKA, the broom//keys that are positioned like guns. Using the "chosen thingo" slider, you can select a creature, then click the green flag to spawn it. 3 is the one on the thumbnail. Upgrades from 'diesel stander': -All creations are now built with clones, and generated using custom blocks. This means I can build these things far more quickly without needing to hard-code absolutely everything. -No rapid squatting glitch. -Friction when on ground makes feet look like they're actually on the ground firmly and not slipping about on ice. -Engine movements work now. When I tried adding them to Diesel Stander, the squat glitch was immediately triggered. Now, they function properly, given you've put the second slider to '1'. Hopefully this makes up for the lack of dieselpunk in the project. -Sounds. Thank you mr. personpersonson for the idea which I stole >:3 -This thing can handle multiple constructs at once. This isn't shown in-project, but it works flawlessly. I think. Fun facts: Although this project's code is way better than Diesel stander's, when making creations I had to carefully 'balance' values to make sure they didn't start floating, or fly into a wall. The mechanisms can walk without having a constant velocity change. The animation is able to accomplish this mostly because I simulated ground friction. (This actually isn't properly coded newtonian physics unfortunately.) I just added the constant force so they moved a bit faster than 0.001mph... This project was called 'fishbing game' for it's entire original development. It still is, as I'm writing this sentence. I should go change it. In the future, I'd like to make an even better version of this, and make a game using it. What kind of game, though...? Suggest your ideas in the comments! Changelog: 27th November- Released to the public, in an albeit crude state. Ovum, the Creature, the Soldier and the Crystal parade. 28th November- Additional runes were completed, which did make some old marks redundant; I must polish those out at some point. The sixth construct has been built and released. 3rd December- Amidst the decaying of my mental state, I constructed articulating limbs for 2, 3 and 4, in an attempt to make them more appealing to the masses, but their foot movements are lower now, weaker. I worry that my channeling work is insufficient to keep the energy 'inside' the pieces, causing this deficiency. I have also constructed another Soldier, with two smaller cannons instead of one large cannon.
