It is official. After a year of counter-insurgency, rebuilding, and re-education - what used to be the southern UCLR has finally been annexed by the Empire of Takei. This comes by no surprise to the Zastaya Federation and the PRR. All this means for them is that smaller attacks and shelling will no longer come from only northern, Llamadoridican forces, but from Takeians in the south as well. The annexation comes as a sort of "power move" in response to the recent alliance between the Zastayans and Rolanians. Around the time of the annexation, large quantities of Takeian IAC troops and engineers have been shipped off to the new border to establish heavy artillery.
