This is my first ever cel animation! I decided to take inspiration from the old 50's limited color palettes. That's why you can see the background behind the turtle. Yes, I took some inspiration for the "Take" animation I did awhile ago. I used old slideshow plastic sheets as my cels. Acrylic paint was used to paint the backs of the cels. I used a nib pen and a bottle of ink to trace the paper animation onto the cels. Brown construction paper and a white colored pencil make up the background. I scanned this into my computer using a printer. All the static you're seeing is the dust and paint smears on the cels. Enjoy! Art & Coding - @Doodletoon Music - Dance of the Hours
