Okay I’mna put in how to find each thing here. (I mean it says instructions. ST=17 because it is congruent to WT and TU. Point T is the incenter, which means it is the point in a triangle that is equidistant from all 3 sides. That means that WT, ST, and TU are congruent. To find x when TU= 2x-7, remember that TU is congruent to WT, which is 17. So, 2x-7 = 17. With a little algebra, x=12. I’m tired, so I’m not gonna explain how I found the angles for a little while (I will post soon!)
