Hello! Click the flag to see animation. This blinking animation is based off of one made by spqve on YouTube, so credits to them. I tried drawing the frames in their style when I made this! I usually do a much different style, so this was a bit confusing to draw like for me. I never really made an animation before, so that's also a first.
