Across Thalassia, citizens have taken arms against the government and the tyrannical leader of King Philip II with the intent of restoring the Thalassian Council and fighting for the return of the old royal family. Furthermore, the army has begun turning on the government, many unhappy with Emperor Philip's military reforms.
