So many stray felines roamed the streets, it was no surprise a certain few of them had taken a liking to the members of a travelling carnival. The first cat they met was a curly-furred chocolate-colored molly- they named her Constance. Constance travelled alongside the carnival for quite some time, often making up her nest below their less-than-safe excuse for a rollercoaster. Kids would scream as they shot past, just happy to catch a glimpse of a kitty. In one particular town, as the carnies were packing up their gear, their feline friend came to them with a friend of her own. She was a fiery colored cat with an attitude. Her most defining feature? Her startling blue eyes, like water against a forest's flames. Her name would be Ocean. Ocean Rose. And that was simply the way life was, that is, until the carnival went out of business. The two cats and their housefolk moved away, nearly broke (much to Ocean's dismay) and out of a place to live. Luckily for them, a benevolent neighbor was willing to lend them a hand. This man had two cats- Noel, and Ricky. The two of them would often meet with Ocean and Constance where their fences met, and they became friends. Of course, there's never bliss without conflict. An angry stray was known to be storming through the city streets, flashing a glare- or worse, his claws- at any cat who even looked at him wrong. What a surprise it was when Noel saw the rabid beast being carried right through his front door. Maybe having such kind housefolk wasn't a good idea in the first place. His name was Mischa, and he, apparently, didn't belong here, no. He was from elsewhere, a country the four other cats didn't recognize, the poor lost pet of a long-gone tourist. They could almost sympathize with him. Oh- and there's also that one cat who just moved in across the street. She's here, too, I guess. - - - Welcome to “This Dream of Life”, a semi-selective Ride the Cyclone-themed adopt set! This was approved for me by a TFCRP admin so I'm super excited to see how this goes ^^ ‘Where do they live?’ They're split up into three households along the same street. Ricky, Noel, Mischa are together in one, Ocean and Constance are together in another, and Jane is by herself. They're kittypets ‘Are these cats related?’ Nope! - - - Rules 1- Transphobia/racism/homophobia/ect. will not be tolerated. When motor and sensory function is only partially impaired, this is referred to as paresis. When function is completely impaired it is referred to as paralysis. The inability to move all four legs is tetraplegia, whereas paraplegia occurs when the animal cannot move two legs. Leg paralysis can be the result of several things that are not common in cats including trauma from a fall, accident or abuse, viruses, or tick bites." "Muteness is usually a selective disorder in cats. Growths of various types in the throat and vocal cords of your cat may cause it to stop vocalizing. Some of these things are tumors, polyps, or respiratory infections." ⊱┊Ricky turned his head, his large ears picking up on a rustling in the bushes ⊱┊N/A ⊱┊Angels trumpets are very pretty, aren't they?
