hello everyone! it’s been a fairly long time, and i recently logged back on to see what's been going on with scratch and the community. i’m currently in my sophomore year of high school and completely forgot about scratch at about the end of 7th grade. i see that most of you have left scratch and went separate ways. i too have done the same as i’ve been busy with schoolwork and life in general. i miss this community a lot, but i have grown up as well, and i am no longer the kid i once was. a lot of things happened on this website, most good, but some bad. i apologize to anyone if i’ve done anything wrong, and i’m no longer that kid i once was. i’ve matured into a better person and have learned from my mistakes. anything you see on here is a part of my past, and i am unfortunately no longer associated with anything scratch-related. here are some questions you (don't) have, but i’ll answer them anyway. what happened to your projects?: i genuinely don't know why i deleted my projects, but i believe the reason was that i wanted to rebrand my account, but that never happened. will you come back to scratch?: it’s very unlikely that i will ever open this account in 2025 and the years following. i’ve gotten older, and i sadly have no interest in creating any projects. what about your other accounts?: i think most of my other accounts are banned, and none of those ocs or characters are my current oc/character. if you find any of those accounts, just ignore them; this is my only account and pg27excess (don't even look at that; that was my first scratch account from 5th grade, haha). what now?: this is most likely the last thing i will ever post on here. as i mentioned before, i am a sophomore in high school, and i’m busy with schoolwork and my life. i occasionally do work with video games and programming. my alias is swick or swickthegreat. i’m swick now and no longer doge. so yeah, that's what's been going on. scratch and the community will always hold a special place in my heart. the stem class in 5th grade created something that would make so many memories and teach me things i never would've learned elsewhere. i miss all of my original friends and the projects we made together. i hope that we can meet again. i will forever cherish the craziness of cwsup1am and i hope that i’ll get in touch with some of you guys one day. all of you that have supported me have left a positive impact on me and i hope that i have left a positive impact on you. i am going to miss this very much, but life goes on. scratch was only a short period of my life, but it did change it for the better. thank you scratch for everything! if you have any questions for me, please comment on here or on my profile. and if you read all of this, thank you. it means a lot. i wish all of you the best of luck in life and whatever the future holds for you. all the best, dogebros
