1. The Southern Catholic States of Bavaria, Wurttemberg, and Baden are to be granted independence, as they have previously succeeded from the Germans during WW1. 2. France shall receive back Alsace-Lorraine and the Saarland 3. Belgium will receive Eupen and Malmédy from Germany 4. All German colonies shall be transferred from Germany to France as member-states of the Laiyecian Federation 5. The States of Bavaria, Wurttemberg, Baden, Luxembourg, and Lichtenstein shall form a loosely-connected German Confederation with Lichtenstein at its head (negotiated alongside Lichtenstein) 6. Poland shall gain its ethnic territories from Germany
