I will let you figure it out yourself. Don't run out of health. When you defeat the second boss, press 1 on the keyboard to equip your armor and 2 to disequip it. You lose when you die and win when you defeat the forth boss. The recovery block between the third boss does not do damage but you could be poisoned.
