If I simply look at their characters and how the story progresses, Moonbli seems reasonable. But I kinda wanna dive deeper. One, Qibli and Winter are awesome characters. They both have a good personality mix and backstories. They also both have a kind of sob story. Both Qibli and Winter would be a good choice for any reasonable female dragon (tucks hair behind ear and giggles) If we also look a little deeper, Moon is kind of a flat character. In the start, she's pretty cool, and relatable too. But in books seven through ten she just kinda gets boring. Moon just isn't a good partner for good characters like Qibli and Winter. Let me put that aside and talk about the ships. Moonbli is a nice ship- the personalities make missing links for each other, and they are a good match. But my question is this- what has Qibli ever really done for Moon? I mean, I respect Moon's decision in the epilogue of book ten, but if we actually look closer, Winterwatcher just seems the superior ship. Winter has done so much for Moon. He left everything he knew- his kingdom, his ranking (I mean, pretty far down, but still a prince). Qibli is just this charming dude who is really clever. Not that Qibli isn't awesome (direct quote from Qibli), but Winter just... he deserves Moon. Also I'll address Quinter, because some people support that. My personal opinion, I think its pretty bad. If you support it please don't fight me, I have my opinions and you have yours.
